When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. During collection launches or sale periods, this may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, face masks, or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which size to choose?
Many of our items have a signature oversized or boxy fit. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page to help you find your perfect match. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more tailored fit or staying true to size for the classic Lazy Oaf look.
